The agricultural photovoltaic market remains a small segment. In the future, covered fields will provide us not only with vegetables, but also with electricity. Panels also have advantages over fields that provide shade and reduce water consumption. At the same time, they protect against hail and frost damage. Current global production is about 14 GWp.
The field has great potential. Challenge: The use of these fields is not required by law and promotion strategies do not seem to adapt to this trend. We at Groupe Curie are committed to renewable energy and we show how to use industrial equipment in an ecological way. We are convinced that with our technology we will play an important role in the fight for climate protection.
